These natural and handcrafted differences do not necessarily constitute defects.

Carat refers to diamond weight, not its visible dimensions. The appearance of a diamond can also be influenced by its shape, cut, setting and proportions.

5. Prices and Availability

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website. Unless stated otherwise, delivery charges, duties and taxes may be calculated separately during checkout.

Prices and availability may change without notice. Changes will not normally affect orders already accepted by us.

If a price, product description or availability is incorrect because of an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

6. Placing an Order

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

Custom-made, engraved, resized or otherwise personalised products may enter production shortly after an order is accepted. Once production begins, these orders may not be changed or cancelled except where required by law.

9. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Delivery may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, weather, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated delivery attempts may be charged where legally permitted.

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or similar charges unless checkout states otherwise.
